One of the main aspects in design that got me interested and still keeps me inspired is the diversity of this profession. Not only that you can work in so many different projects but mainly the process where you can move from small handcrafted details to broad macro trends, company strategy, user behaviours and so on. It is in the transition of these different aspects I see myself thrive the most. Mixing pragmatism with imagination, research through prototyping, learnings mixed with execution.

I believe in designs ability to make abstract thoughts and ideas become more tangible and inclusive.

But most of all I just enjoy working together with good people and trying to create something of value that hopefully people/users/customers will enjoy!

Like many others I strongly feel that the one of the main challenges for designers today is to create solutions and experiences that are suited for both people and the planet. Be able to look further than just certain user needs to also challenge business systems (linear to circular economy), production methods and how we define value. Design can and should be at the centre of this paradigm shift towards a more sustainable future.
